Who we are

BilluBnB is a home-based cat boarding service run by Sunanda & Paras from our home in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We decide what to collect from you and why, so we are the people responsible for it.

What we collect

• A booking request — your name, mobile number and (optionally) email; your cat's name, age, gender, breed, weight, whether she or he is neutered or vaccinated, temperament and how your cat is around other cats; your dates, how your cat will reach us, diet and medical notes, and anything else you choose to write.
• A simple enquiry — a name, phone and/or email and a message. All optional.
• A Cat Talk question — the question, any details you add, an optional name and an optional email. Your email is never shown on the site.
• Small technical details — when you send a form we keep your IP address and the page you were on, only to stop spam and abuse. We count taps on the WhatsApp buttons anonymously, with no personal details attached.
• Fonts — this site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and the site sets no cookies for visitors. (Only the owners' own sign-in uses a cookie.)

Why we use it

• To reply to you and confirm dates.
• To look after your cat — food, medicines, routines and, if needed, a call to you in an emergency.
• To arrange visits, pick-ups and drop-offs.
• To answer your question on Cat Talk, once we have answered it.

We never sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

Who sees it

Sunanda & Paras — and nobody else on a normal day. When a booking, enquiry or question arrives, the email and WhatsApp tools we use send an alert with the details to our own mailbox and phone so that we can reply quickly.

• If you ask for pick-up or drop-off, the address and phone number go to the pet-taxi driver for that trip only.
• If your cat needs a vet, we share what the vet needs to treat your cat.
• If you book through PetBacker, PetBacker handles that booking and its own privacy policy applies to what you give it.
• We share information with authorities only if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry details are kept until your stay is over (or the enquiry is closed) plus one year, then deleted. A Cat Talk question we have not answered stays private until we answer it or delete it; a published question and its answer stay on the site until you ask us to take them down.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including a Cat Talk question with your name on it. Write to billubnb@lehana.in or message us on WhatsApp. We answer within 2 working days and do it unless the law requires us to keep something. See also Grievance & contact.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS. The bookings list can be opened only by the owners and by team members they have authorised, each signed in with their own login.

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will be on this page with a new date at the top.
